1. Business and personal information

7.1. Enquiry, If you make an enquiry through a web site, e mail, or by phone you agree your data may be stored in our database for 12 months. We may contact you from time to time regarding special offers using this data. You may request in writing what data we hold or to remove this data. 

7.2. Bookings, If you make a booking with us through a web site, e mail or telephone you agree your data will be stored in our database for 12 months after the end of the booking. You may request anytime what data we hold. After the booking has ended you may request in writing to remove the data. The data may be used to mail you future special offers. You may not request to have the data removed before the booking has ended without the cancellation of the booking. Cancellation is subject to our booking conditions. 

7.3. Credit/Debit card details, No card details are stored in our database. 

7.4. Data control, All data is controlled and the responsibility of the Directors of New Barn Leisure Ltd. The data is not transferred to any other organisation or individual.
